Head Coach Erick Rodriguez

Coach Rodriguez is in his first year as the head coach at Oasis. Coach Erick comes from NFM where he coached JV for 6 years and was an assistant coach in the varsity program for 5 years. In his tenure, he assisted the NFM varsity program and helped them reach the sweet 16 twice and recently the elite 8 in the FHSAA state playoffs. In those years at NFM the program was ranked in the top 20 overall for 5 years.

 Before that Coach Erick has coached 9 years of Rec Softball in Cape Coral. In his spare time, Coach Erick also coaches travel baseball. He brings passion, intensity, a never give up attitude and a champion mentality to Oasis. He will instill a student first, athlete next mentality to our program and his goal is to make Oasis Softball a winning program for years to come. Coach E is excited and ready for the challenge to lead the  he Lady Sharks into the future.  With a team first attitude, the Lady Sharks will strive to be the most ferocious team in Lee County! #SharkNation #StrongerTogether
