The mission of the Performing Arts is to nurture the creative talents and aspirations of our students within an academic/arts program. In a multicultural environment, we provide a comprehensive program of study in four performance art disciplines - dance, drama, band, and choir. Performance is an integral part of our students’ class work and they are expected to perform every day. Whenever students practice their craft they are, in effect, performing. Performance enables students to display what they have learned and to be critiqued by teachers and peers, in order to grow as both students and artists.
