Culinary Arts 1
Culinary Arts I is an introductory culinary arts class. This introductory course serves as a platform for later Advanced studies in culinary arts. In Culinary Arts I, students will learn the basic essential cutting, sanitation and food preparation techniques.
Culinary Arts 2
Culinary Arts II is an in depth study of techniques and practices learned in culinary arts I. This segment of the Culinary Program focuses on food pairing, constructing sauces and teaches the fundamentals of baking.
Culinary Arts 3
Culinary Arts III is an advanced culinary class. At this stage student should be very knowledgeable about how to operate and run a successful state approved facility.
Culinary Arts 4
Culinary Arts IV is advanced culinary class. At this level in culinary arts students should have mastered all the basic fundamentals, principals and techniques as they apply to cooking.
